I'm a Polish web application developer based in Poznań, Poland, building enterprise-grade software on the low-code platform OutSystems — from first prototype to mature, long-lived systems.
My biggest accomplishment so far is developing and releasing the procure-to-pay system Business Zone, which I have grown continuously for over five years. The project took me through every stage of a system's life — from a blank slate to a mature solution — and taught me how to work with an extensive architecture and adapt it for new functionality. My journey there started as a junior developer and brought me up to a team leader role, where I teach and coordinate the work of my colleagues.

Traditional Programming
Solid command of the web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, SQL and relational design, Git and JavaScript — plus working familiarity with TypeScript (React, Next.js) and Go.
Team Management
Led a team of up to five, coordinating and reviewing daily work. Trained 10+ developers on OutSystems and shaped recruitment through questionnaires, exams and recommendations.
UI Design
Planned, designed and implemented user interfaces for several web apps — layouts and reusable components alike. Comfortable with Sass and Tailwind, and with BEM and Atomic CSS methodologies.

Business Zone
The biggest and most advanced project I've worked on — and one of the largest ever built on OutSystems. A multi-module ERP system for a top Polish bank. I head the team behind the procure-to-pay part: procurement, invoices and procuration.
